Formed in 1997, SCS Advisors, Inc. has represented ownership interests in 59 lodging properties encompassing over 23,000 rooms and 15 ownership groups.

• Current oversight and asset management of seven luxury, upper upscale, resort, and boutique properties comprising approximately 2,000 rooms.
• Since its founding, direct responsibility for acquisition and upfront capital projects investment in 25 properties totaling $3 billion and ground up hotel development of 3 properties in excess of $200 million
• Asset Management and Investment clients comprised of private equity, high net worth, and municipalities
